The Farm Shop & Deli Show 2022
Inspiron Systems attended the 2022 Farm Shop & Deli Show with our partners, and manufacturers of the BM5 retail scale, Balanças Marques. The NEC Birmingham was the perfect centralised venue for the event which included the U.K Food and Drink Shows from April 25th – April 27th. We exhibited on all three days at stand C169 and are incredibly proud of how unique, busy and eye catching the stand was.
We had the chance to walk around the Farm Shop & Deli Show and were thoroughly impressed by the size of the show. The quality of our fellow exhibitors was second to none and the show was very well organised. Congratulations to the organisers for creating such a pleasant and successful event.

Who Did We Meet?
We had interest from many different industries! A supermarket in Bicester Village looking were for a new till system to integrate with their existing EPOS system, a butcher shop looking to fully upgrade their till & weighing systems and a sandwich shop interested in weighing out individual ingredients. Every person who visited our stand was thoroughly impressed with the BM5. We took the opportunity to build new business connections with some very valuable future customers. These events aren’t just about selling, they are about meeting people face to face and gaining that important human interaction that has been so sorely missed for the past 2 years. Whilst phone, email and Zoom have now become an integral part of daily life, nothing can match the power and importance of a face-to-face meeting, when it comes to forging new business relationships.
A Few Words From Balanças Marques
We were joined by the Commercial Director of Balanças Marques, Paulo Marques. Paulo flew from Portugal to Birmingham especially for the event! “The fair went very well for us, we had a lot of very interesting visitors, and, above all, they were very interested in our weighing solutions.
