A valued Inspiron customer for over 20 years, our client was looking to upgrade their existing Espera machinery to the latest digitalisation technology, which provides many benefits, such as increased label accuracy, higher throughput and maximum up-time. Our customer specialises in the production of cooked and sliced meat for the retail, wholesale, food service and manufacturing sectors, at a state of the art 150,000 square foot bespoke site in Scotland.
After a free consultation and off-site trials of their different products and labels, we were able to provide them with a full detailed specification and show them real benefits of upgrading their production lines to the new Espera Digitalised systems.
The Solution:
We initially installed 2 machines, a Espera Nova ES-M Manual Weigh Labeller with a 30Kg Scale, and an Espera Nova ES-R Fully Automatic Weigh Price Labeller, complete with Checkweigher functionality.

ESPERA NOVA ES-M
High Speed Manual Weigh Price Labeller with Scale Capacities ranging from 3Kg up to 60Kg. The machine comes with a super-fast Thermal Direct or Thermal Transfer Printer with 300dpi printhead. The software comes with integrated Colour Touchscreen, On-board Label Design Software and Barcode Generator Software.
ESPERA NOVA ES-R
Capable of speeds of up to 140 packs per minute, labelling from the top and / or bottom. This new generation machine is built using Industry 4.0 and IoT technology and is the most advanced Weigh Price Labelling machine in the market. The ES-R can be equipped with 3D Product Image Recognition Camera to label difficult and irregular packs accurately, comes with Interactive Service, Swap & Go Applicators, SmartHead technology and Think4Industry Software. The ESPERA NOVA generation gives you complete control and transparency in your Production process!
