- One Annual Site Visit to carry out a full Machine Health Check and Scale Calibration Check, including issuing a Certificate (subject to passing the test).
- Priority Site Visit which includes up to 3 Site Visits per annum for Breakdown Cover, price includes travel time to site, mileage to site and up to 5 hours on-site during our normal working hours

Premium Silver Support Plan (SC006)

Pre-Paid Service Support Plan (SC008)
The Pre-paid Service Support Plan is a contract that does not expire.
You simply purchase visits in advance at a reduced cost. When you use up all your pre-paid visits you simply top them up.
Having a Pre-Paid Contract gives you the benefit of a Priority Site Visit which includes travel time, mileage and up to 5 hours on-site. The visit van be for a Breakdown, Training, Setting up new Products or even for the Annual Scale Calibration check.
